Questions about the AI assistant

No. Try it free for 14 days (up to 200 visitor messages). If you'd like to keep it, choose a plan; if you subscribe during the trial, you keep your remaining free days before the first payment.

Each question a visitor types counts as one message. Your assistant's replies, and your own tests while setting it up, don't count.

Your assistant politely stops answering for the rest of the month and shows visitors a contact form instead, so you never lose an enquiry. We email you at 80% and 100%, and you can move to a bigger plan any time.

It answers only from your website, your business details and your FAQs, and says when it doesn't know. Like any AI it can occasionally get something wrong, so you can read every conversation and add an FAQ to correct it straight away.

Almost certainly. It works with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow and custom websites: you paste one line of code. If you get stuck, email us and we'll help.

Conversations are stored securely and deleted after 90 days. Replies are written by OpenAI, which doesn't use API data to train its models. Enquiries go only to you. We recommend mentioning the AI chat assistant in your own privacy policy.

Yes. Cancel from your account whenever you like. Your assistant keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
